2.Neuro Rehabilation

  • In-depth evaluation of functional abilities, including movement patterns, strength, flexibility, balance, and tone

  • Reduced fear of falling when mobilising in water compared to on land due to the support of the water.

 8.Work Injury Rehabilation and Prevention

How do you know if you’re ready to go back to work?

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE): specially trained therapists will perform a comprehensive assessment of patient’s current abilities to perform work tasks, such as sitting, standing, walking, grip, carry, push, pull, lift and utilize tools and/or computers. This helps to identify whether he/she is ready to safely return and also provides a detailed summary of the client’s physical abilities as it pertains to the work environment.

After completing the functional capacity evaluation the therapist may recommend a work conditioning or work hardening program

9.Vestibular balance Rehabilation

Vestibular rehabilitation aims to reduce the sensation of dizziness and improve balance. These include balance retraining, education and relaxation techniques. Exercises to encourage adaptation in the vestibular system are also included.
