Ahalia Hospital’s Neurology Department in Abu dhabi is comprised of a strong team of highly trained specialists, nurse clinicians, and nurses from various neurological sub-specialties who treat a range of brain and nervous system challenges.
Since the beginning, the Department has prioritized the development of evidence-based management guidelines and a high level of compassionate care for patients.
To address critically ill patients with neurological disorders, the Department of Neurology has well-equipped ICU facilities and bedside Electro-Encephalogram (EEG) Monitoring.
The department collaborates with Neurosurgery, Radiology, Neuro-rehabilitation, Psychiatry, and General Medicine in order to give the finest and highest quality patient treatment.

Out Patient Service
All the above procedures are done in the neurodiagnostic lab. Patients with neurological disorders like Stroke, Demyelination, Seizure, Epilepsy, Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis, and Meningitis will be admitted to an In-Patient ward or ICU for medical management.
