  • Invasive Haemodynamic monitoring
  • Continuous cardiac monitoring with 12 lead ECG and dysrhythmia interpretation
  • Continuous assessment of patient physical and emotional needs and corresponding therapeutic interventions by the physician nurses
  • Diagnostic procedures include x-ray, echocardiography
  • Therapeutic modalities include coronary intervention temporal external pacing temporary invasive pacing ventilator support emergency resuscitation cardio version intra aortic balloon pump management
  • Pharmacological intervention includes thrombolytic agents intravenous vasoactive and anti-arrhythmic drugs
  • Oxygen therapy and pulse oximetry
  • Management of artificial airways and mechanically ventilated patients
