Dr. Sreekanth has been working at the Ahalia Hospital, Musaffah as a specialist in Gastroenterology since January 2022 when he joined us with 4 years of experience working in a very high-volume academic institution in India. Having completed his super specialty training in Medical gastroenterology from the Government Medical College, Kozhikode, as 3^rd Rank in University, he went on to clear his Diplomate Examination with the National Board in Medical gastroenterology. He went on to pursue his interest in advanced endoscopy and received AET from Tokyo, JAPAN. He received training in advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP, EUS, and ESD. He did his masters in General Medicine at the government medical college Aleppey, from where he cleared his MD exam with 2^nd Rank in the university. He was also awarded Membership in the royal college of physicians of the United Kingdom. He is an alumnus of the government medical college Kozhikode, where he excelled in his MBBS graduation. He has also published his works in many indexed international journals and has presented his original works at numerous prestigious academic conferences and forums. Dr.Sreekanth has teaching experience in medical gastroenterology for training students to appear for examinations. He is an active member of the American Society of gastroenterology and a life member of the Indian Medical Association. With a special interest in Interventional gastroenterology, he is now happily building his Gastroenterology practice in the region, along with a good volume of interventional endoscopic procedures
