Dr. Sudheer Madathiparambil is a Specialist Paediatrician at Ahalia Hospital Mussaffah. He joined Ahalia Hospital Mussafah branch as Head of the Department of Paediatrics when the hospital was started in 2014
He has done his MBBS and MD in Paediatrics from India, along with the Diplomate of National Board qualification in Paediatrics from India. He then went on to the UK for further specialized training, during which he completed his DCH and MRCPCH qualifications.
He worked as a Paediatrician in the National Health Service in the UK for a total duration of six years; most of his jobs were in tertiary teaching University hospitals like John Radcliffe hospital at Oxford and University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust in Leicester, England. One of his last jobs in the UK was as a Neonatal Registrar at Leicester Royal Infirmary, which is a highly reputed tertiary neonatal unit for the East Midlands region. Recently in 2018, he also completed a PG Diploma course in Respiratory Medicine from the University of South Wales, UK
His special interests include Neonatology and Paediatric asthma. He is well known for his clinical skills and excellent communication with patients and families
